Power that fits your setup
Here’s the thing: these heaters run on standard industrial voltages, including 400V, so you can plug them straight into what you already have. No extra transformers. No headaches. We match the wattage to the tube length—usually around 300mm—so you get a lot of heat packed into a small footprint. In a short envelope, you can get 2500W of output. That’s the kind of intensity that makes a basement or service bay feel warmer fast.
Built to take the heat
Inside, the heating element sits in a quartz tube with a halogen fill. That combo keeps the filament stable and the output steady, even when the unit cycles on and off. Quartz handles sudden temperature shifts better than glass, so you don’t have to worry about cracking when it heats up quickly. We use an R7s connector because it locks the tube in place and carries high current with minimal resistance. The ceramic base and coated exterior help the heat transfer cleanly and reduce surface leakage. It’s just solid, thoughtful engineering.
